Q. What is the extended warranty/vehicle service contract?
A. If you have a current warranty, as soon as your manufacturer’s warranty expires, your extended warranty takes over. If you do not have a manufacturer’s warranty currently in effect, then your extended warranty will take effect as soon as the enrollment process is complete.
Q. Is this insurance?
A. This is not considered insurance. The legal composition of an extended warranty and an insurance policy are completely different, although there may be protection against certain types of loss.
Q. Where can I take my vehicle to be repaired?

Q. Are parts and labor covered?
A. Yes, for covered items.
Q. Do I really need an extended warranty when nothing is wrong with my car?
